Deposits

Deposits are only refundable on conditions that there is a mechanical fault on the vehicle or any undeclared accidents we are a small company and cannot afford keeping vehicles that are just later refunded. please note if you do not agree to theses terms please refrain from putting down deposits.

Part Exchanges

Please note all part exchange vehicles should be in an acceptable state and condition, this can reduce the value we offer for your part exchange factoring the cost of repairs and valets

In the event of a refund if we still have a part exchange in our stock it will be returned plus full refund paid. if we have sold the part exchange we will refund in full plus the value of the part exchange.

DELIVERIES

All deliveries are subject to deposit and cleared funds are required before vehicle is signed over unless payment is on card.

REFUNDS:

PLEASE NOTE: All refunds are processed within 28 days of request in line with the consumer rights law upon us receiving the vehicle back. All vehicles must be returned with all keys if more than one, and vehicle registration documents .
